Ownership Time

Each beach home offered as OurFloridaBeachHome is divided into 7 equal shares. One deeded share entitles you to seven weeks of ownership every year, at least one in each season-summer, fall, winter, and spring. We have designed a very fair, predictable and equitable selection process by which each owner secures his or her week termed the “use schedule”. Once a person buys a share they are given a share number, this number will dictate what order they a re in during the selection process. The person who selected first one year will be moved to the bottom of the list the next year. The property manager will over see the weekly selection process 3 months prior to the beginning of the next year.

Should an Owner encounter a conflict with the scheduled use of the home, they may first try to resolve the issue by inquiring, through the Management Company, of another Owner’s willingness to exchange week(s).

Also, being an Owner of a OurFloridaBeachHome property makes you a member of an "exclusive worldwide exchange program.” This program has become synonymous with exclusivity, privilege and superlative quality – the same values of a OurFloridaBeachHome property. This exchange program consists of more than 90 luxury leisure assets globally, including fractional interests, private residence clubs, condo-hotels, whole ownership properties, high end traditional timeshare properties, and fractional yachts.

This affiliation with an exchange program not only increases the value of your investment in a OurFloridaBeachHome estate property, you also have the flexibility to place your OurFloridaBeachHome week(s) with which you have a conflict, and use your membership privileges and travel/vacation when it fits your schedule! Use of an exchange program is subject to rules and regulations.
