Operating Budget

A key ingredient to the OurFloridaBeachHome Ownership regime is the annual operating and maintenance budget which we develop for each beach home. Since each share is only 1/7th of the total, even our largest properties are reasonable.
Every detail is worked out before the start of each year, so you know precisely what to expect... and you can be confident that your investment will be protected with a well-funded, thorough maintenance program. Operating expenses are collected on a quarterly basis and appropriate reserves are maintained to take care of unexpected expenses.

Operating expenses would include, but are not limited to:

  • Water/Sewer
  • Electricity
  • Cable/Internet
  • Taxes and Insurance
