Based in Clearwater, OurFloridaBeachHome has one simple goal – Through the unique purchasing approach commonly referred as “fractional ownership” we offer upscale, reasonable priced vacation beach properties on the world most revered beaches.

What drives our purpose?

Our fondness for the beach and the many great memories associated with growing up “on the sand” in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. Back then prices where reasonable, lots were available and the beach was accessible to all. Today coastal properties are in high demand, as such prices have accelerated over time making it unfeasible for most to own a vacation beach property.

Driven by the great memories on the beach we seek to offer a vehicle by which families can purchase a beach home with ease and affordability.

Rather than sitting empty or requiring rentals, OurFloridaBeachHome’s fractional properties are full of life much of the year --- bringing families together to make some of their fondest memories. We strive to offer high quality homes which owners take as much pride in owning, as we do in marketing. And we’ve structured an ownership method that assures their house is as elegant and functional ten years from now as it is on move-in day… all without placing an undue burden on any one owner.
